Benedikt Gierlichs is a research expert at KU Leuven in Belgium and represents the Scientific Lead of the ORSHIN project. He is responsible for the scientific progress and carries an important role of achieving research and innovation goals of the project.
The main goal of ORSHIN is to develop a methodology which will allow not only to build these more secure devices but to actually manage their entire lifecycle, starting from design, implementation, evaluation, installation, maintenance all the way to the final stage of retirement.
